Practicalities of Oklahoma’s New Medical Marijuana Law
This subject is on the minds of area business owners and we hope to shed some light on the topic.
Our speaker will be Roger Beverage, President & CEO of the Oklahoma Bankers Association.
He joined the Oklahoma Bankers Association in 1988 as the Association’s chief staff officer where he continues to manage the Association’s various features of membership: advocacy; legal and compliance services; education and training; fraud investigation; and public relations’ efforts. He is the chief spokesperson for the state’s $112 billion commercial banking industry and represents its 24,000-plus employees in testimony before legislative and Congressional committees.
Beverage has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma State Chamber for 17 years, and served as its Treasurer for six years. He currently serves as a trustee the Edmond Economic Development Authority.
