    Event Description:
Sapulpa Arts is hosting our 2018 fundraiser, an Art, Wine and Craft Brew Beer event on Oct 13 in our historic downtown area and we would like to invite you to participate. Proceeds from this afternoon event will be used to support our non-profit 2018-19 Programs.
Vendors will setup along Park Street. We will be selling tasting kits to visitors for $15 and they will enjoy the afternoon of art while sampling Oklahoma Wines and Craft Brew Beers.
In 2018, we will be celebrating 30 years of supporting public arts programs in Sapulpa, from our schools, artists of all ages, and our local Arts and Humanities organizations. It is the mission of Sapulpa Arts to promote the Arts and Humanities in the Sapulpa area so that the artistic heritage and creativity of all people may find expression, growth, and visibility. We work to support our creative student, adult artists, and those associated with the many Arts & Humanities organizations in the area.
In 2018, we will bring the following events to our community:
Fall and Winter, ARTeries FREE art classes for senior citizens is designed to bring senior citizens together to create unique art. Each of the three sessions provides a project to encourage creative thought and enhance the skills of the individual.
For the fifth year, Artist Kathleen Curran is partnering with Oasis Adult Day Center and the Oklahoma Alzheimer’s Foundations to provide art classes 2 days a week designed especially for Alzheimer’s challenges.
The first Saturday in June is the Route 66 Art Show and Sale, held in conjunction with Sapulpa Main Streets Route 66 Car Show in Historic Downtown Sapulpa. Sapulpa Arts feature art of all sizes and shape created by our talented area artists. Join in the fun as they compete for ribbons and cash prizes.
July is for the youth of Sapulpa. Arts Explore Summer Camp students will be exploring the art and culture of Europe through the exploration of art, music, dance and theater. This week long camp is for 2nd through 7th graders. We strive to include all students regardless of income, this year we provided 24 scholarships.
Dianne Berry Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a High School Senior or Adult Artist who wish to expand their knowledge and skills in the area of Fine Arts.
